Denis Duncan House

Denis Duncan House is the Trust's second holiday cottage for the disabled and is situated on the village green in Manse Road in the village of Dirleton, which is 24 miles east of Edinburgh, and 2 miles south west of the coastal town of North Berwick on the Firth of Forth. Denis Duncan House offers the disabled holidaymaker state-of-the art disabled holiday accommodation in a unique setting. There is a great deal to do in and around Dirleton.

Accommodation

  • One twin-bedded disability bedroom on ground floor with en-suite disability bathroom
  • Kitchen, sitting room, dining room, utility room, WC and conservatory on ground floor
  • Two twin-bedded bedrooms, bathroom and carer's sitting room upstairs
  • The cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people (2 with disabilities)
